The Application Research Of The Low-price Sealed Bidding Model In The Bidding Of Retail Enterprise Assets

With the increasing pressure of competition in the retail market,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the cost of purchasing assets.Bidding has become a very important measure to reduce purchasing cost of the retail enterprise assets.However,due to focus too much on the price factors,non-standard goods and customized products are more likely to lead to quality problems,service problems,and ultimately damage to the actual benefits of enterprise in the existing cost-optimal bidding model.Based on L company's assets purchasing as the research object,using the auction theory,purchasing theory and game theory as a research tool,we establish a two-stage bidding management system,combined with multiple attribute index ranking decision technology standard evaluation model and sealed bidding business standard evaluation model.Firstly,using AHP to score the bidder's technical standard,and then using Vickrey's auction principle to grade the business standard,finally we choose the most suitable supplier.Through the theoretical research,the paper analyzes the optimal strategy of bidders in the bidding process,and combines with L Company's bidding cases in the annual asset bidding activities.The empirical analysis proves the validity of the second low price sealed bidding mode.At the same time,in order to use the second low price sealed bidding mode,in this paper,we put forward a series of preventive measures,such as expanding the scope of the bidding,hiding the bidding information,adjusting the terms of payment,setting margin and establishing credit archives,etc.The above measures effectively inhibit the bidder's collusion and the price risk situation,to ensure that the second low price sealed bidding mode is carried out smoothly.
