In recent years,the new generation of migrant workers has received widespread attention from all walks of life.Due to the different growing environment,new generation of migrant workers by education level,mode of thinking and behavior patterns and their parents have fundamentally different,such as one of the significant phenomenon is the new generation of migrant workers to move frequently,even shows the tendency of "short".This has not only reduced the employment quality and employment prospects of the new generation of migrant workers,but also severely affected the normal employment system and production system of enterprises.Under the background of shortage of workers in enterprises,under the premise of how to guarantee profits,reduce the turnover intention of new generation migrant workers become a common problem faced by unit of choose and employ persons.By looking at this study and comb literature about the study of new generation of migrant workers in China,as well as at home and abroad for the structure of perceived organizational support and turnover intention,influence factors and the relationship between measurement and research,on the basis of the purpose and significance of this study are pointed out.And then,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the new generation peasant workers' relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover intention put forward the assumption of model and empirical study,and using SPSS statistical software for survey data for quantitative analysis,it is concluded that the content of the new generation peasant workers' perceived organizational support structure,the new generation peasant workers' perceived organizational support and its various dimensions under the condition of different demographic variables,as well as the new generation peasant workers' perceived organizational support on its turnover intention.According to the investigation and the quantitative analysis results based on perceived organizational support,and puts forward the new generation peasant workers' perceived organizational support ascending countermeasures,also points out the future research prospects.Believe that this study can be through the enterprise managers to support a new generation of migrant workers more,provide new generation migrant workers as far as possible reasonable treatment level,involving the interests of the new generation of migrant workers management solutions reflect procedural justice as far as possible,pay attention to and emotional communication,scientific planning of the new generation of migrant workers of new generation migrant workers career,etc.To increase the perceived organizational support of new generation of migrant workers,which lower the turnover intention in the new generation of migrant workers.
