The Analysis On Effect Of FDI To China's New Energy Industry

New energy industry is an important basis to measure a country's national economy and level of high technology development.Compared with traditional energy industry,new energy as the core of the energy industry has emerged.No matter from the angle of environmental protection,or the point of view of national security,it has been imperative to develop the new energy industry.FDI import of the new energy industry,promote the development of new energy industry in China,and enhance the international competitiveness.Therefore,this paper takes the effect of FDI to China's New Energy Industry as object,study on the effect of externality of FDI to the new energy industry in China,puts forward the corresponding suggestions to improve the competitiveness of new energy industry in china.In this paper,research the impact of FDI to the new energy industry from the theory and demonstration.First of all,this article has researched the externality of FDI and china's new energy industry theoretically,and analyzed the related concepts and developing situation;Secondly,on the basis of relevant theory,according to the externality of FDI,wind power industry,nuclear power industry and photovoltaic industry were chosen as an object for researching,capital input and brand effect were chosen as variable to reflect the FDI technology spillover effect,market size,technical transformation,innovation expenditure and government subsidies were chosen as variable to reflect technology absorption capacity;Thirdly,three hypotheses were proposed,meanwhile,by using correlation analysis and multivariable linear return analysis to verify the three hypotheses,and make a deep analysis to the empirical results,Finally,this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to FDI promote the development of new energy industry in china from both the aspect of government and enterprise.
