The oil transportation industry plays an important role in China's energy system.CPTC(China Petroleum Transportation Corporation)belongs to the industry monopoly enterprises in the past,but with the full liberalization of China's logistics market,as well as the gradual implementation of the central state-owned enterprise reform program,corporate status will face severe challenges.As a result of historical factors,in the long run to rely on the idea and backward management of the concept of CPTC,in a completely competitive market environment in the critical period.CPTC as a leader in the oil and gas industry,how to achieve the new situation under the thinking change;How to combine the actual integration of resources,and through the use of a variety of strategic means to continue to establish the status of industry leaders;How to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises in the process of strategic adjustment to create greater value for their own? This is the main purpose of writing this article.Based on the work experience of CPTC,the author discusses the strategic choice and policy suggestion of the oil transportation industry under the new situation,combining with the actual situation of the company and the status quo of the oil transportation industry.This paper analyzes the future development direction and the strategy of CPTC by studying the macro environment of the industry and the internal and external environment of the company and grasping the development law of the industry by using PEST analysis,five force model and SWOT matrix analysis model.This paper studies the current situation and development trend of the oil transportation enterprises in China,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external resources of the enterprises from the macro environment,the industry environment and the microcosmic environment of the enterprises to study the advantages of the company in the development of the modern logistics industry,Weaknesses,opportunities and risks.Afterwards,the paper deeply studies the problems of the transportation company itself in the management mode,management idea and objective condition,and analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward the problem-solving solution on the basis of the development strategy of "16366" : Fully integrated oil enterprise resources,the implementation of logistics alliance strategy,improve service levels,change the operating mechanism,pay attention to personnel training,the main and auxiliary industry a variety of common development,buildcompany distinctive corporate culture.
