Heilongjiang Province Town Worker The Synchronicity Of The Wage Income And Economic Growth

There is a close internal coordination between wage income and economic growth,that is to say,economic growth will generate income effect,thus promoting the rapid growth of wage income;the rapid growth of wage income will increase consumption and optimize the industrial structure,thereby further promoting economic growth,ultimately form a virtuous circle of closed loop,so that the economy will achieve sustainable development.However,there is no reasonable relationship between the wage income and economic growth in Heilongjiang province.The specific performance is that economic growth of Heilongjiang province drives wage income levels to continue improving,but the growth rate of wage income is far lower than the speed of economic growth,wage income and economic growth did not bring about the coordinated development,thus affecting the sustainable economic development of Heilongjiang province.This paper mainly studies the relationship between wage income and economic growth in Heilongjiang Province,and analyzes the internal factors which affect the coordinated development of wage income and economic growth in Heilongjiang province.Firstly,to analyze the synchronous asynchronous present situation of research on the wage income growth and economic growth of Heilongjiang province urban workers,exploring the consequences of wage income and economic development which are out-sync,and revealing the specific reasons for this problem.Secondly,through descriptive statistical analysis,to reveal the relativity,tendency and synchronism problem of wage income and economic growth more directly.Thirdly,using the panel data model to empirical analysis the 13 cities in Heilongjiang Province,selecting the wage growth rate,economic growth rate and employment growth rate of three indicators as the research sample,further discussing the synchronization between wage income and economic growth of each city.Finally,according to the existing problems of current wage income and economic growth in Heilongjiang Province to put forward reasonable opinions and suggestions,in order to promote the coordinated development between them,to achieve sustainable economic development and reasonable wage income growth.
