| Nowadays the pharmaceutical industry is an indispensable part of the national economy in every single country.In the world trade,the pharmaceutical industry becomes one of the fastest growing industry sector with unlimited potential and its undoubtedly one of the indispensable industries in modern life.Therefore,the development of pharmaceutical industry is highly concerned by society,enterprises and government.The development of the pharmaceutical industry in Mongolia is still in its infancy,compared with the international advanced level which has been developing rapidly,and it still has a considerable development gap.This paper comprehensively utilizes the relevant theories of strategic management and the external Environment Analysis Method(PEST analysis method),"Porter Five Force Model" analysis and SWOT analysis method,also used other common research analysis methods,combining with the status quo of Mongolia's pharmaceutical industry,analysis of Mongolia Monos Pharma Co.,Ltd.On the other hand,Monos Pharma Co.,Ltd should continue to maintain their strategic positioning in the domestic pharmaceutical industry leader,in the implementation of the strategy is more suitable for the unified leadership of enterprises to formulate and plan,the current company faced with the backward development model of a revolutionary strategic model constantly updated.In addition,this article for Mongolia Monos Pharma Co.,Ltd.continued healthy and stable development of the advice and suggestions,that is,to improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and management,innovate the management system and mechanism of the enterprise,develop the traditional Mongolian medicine with characteristic,continuously promote and strengthen the consciousness and strength of brand building,pay attention to Enterprise informatization,modernization,scale and intensive construction,etc.Finally,I hope this article can be used for reference and help in the Development strategy analysis and strategic layout of the enterprises in Mongolia,especially in the field of pharmaceutical industry. |
