The Impact Of Soundscape Of Religious Temple On The Quality Of Tourist Experience

Soundscape is an important part of scenic spots,the high quality soundscape is not only the core attraction of scenic spots,but also increasingly becomes an important factor to attract tourists.But in reality,becsuse of the lack of attention to the soundscape,the quality of it is worrying.Especially in religious and cultural scenic spots,a variety of sound is not consistent with the atmosphere there which makes the experience of tourists in the scenic area uncomfortable.So in order to improve the quality of tourist experience,it is necessary to analyze the relationship between soundscape perception and the quality of tourist experience.In this paper,the author explores the influences of soundscape on the quality of tourist experience from the perspective of tourists’perception.First of all,the author designs the scale of the soundscape based on the literature review and interviews,and divides it into three dimensions----physical perception,leisure and culture perception according to the results of factor analysis.Then AMOS 20.0 is used to examine the relationship between soundscape perception and tourist satisfaction and loyalty.The results show that these three soundscape perception dimensions have direct effect on tourist satisfaction but have indirect effect on their loyalty.In the meantime,the influence degree of tourists’ perception of cultural soundscape on satisfaction than tourists soundscape perception of the physical property and leisure.In addition,the tourists perception of physical property of soundscape also affect the perception of tourists’ perception of leisure and cultural awareness.According to the demographic characteristics,there are significant differences in the tourists perception of soundscape.The higher of the tourist education level,the better of their perception to the cultural soundscape.Finally,according to the results of the research,this paper advises reducing the sound which doesn’t match the cultural atmosphere,controling negative sound volum,increasing the protections of the religious culture scenic soundscape.
