As an effective way to solve the psychological problems and personal problems for staffs,EAP can help enterprise to find the psychological problems of employees and provide solutions and produce a lot of non-financial gains,eg:improving employee morale,improving organizational atmosphere,helping enterprise better cope with changes and crises and helping enterprises to reduce the cost of management because of psychological problems of employees and bringing indirectly huge economic benefits to enterprises.EAP can fully reflect and extend the comprehensive humanistic concern for employees,which is "the spirit of welfare" for employees.The paper studies and researches on the related literature at home and abroad,based on the research,summary and induction of reveled literature,to choose the samples for employees of northwest oilfield and interview one-to-one,to understand the total current situation of employees of northwest oilfield,to hold the EAP requirements of employees,and to provide valid data and direct instruction for optimal management of manger and the working of EAP by the psychological health evaluation questionnaire according to the interview results.On the basis of interview and questionnaire survey,it designs a specialized program for northwest oilfield and evaluates the effect after the implementation of the program and gives some suggestions.Through the implementation of EAP program,it not only cares the psychological health situation for employees of northwest oilfield and provides the services of mental help for employees needed,but also it also promotes the life quality and working performance for employees of northwest oilfield to achieve the win-win situation of employee value and enterprise efficiency.The innovation of this paper is to enrich the research on the implementation of EAP supply and demand in the petroleum and petrochemical industry in China,to supplement documents on staff stress management and to provide the experience of EAP in the implementation of state-owned enterprises.
