Credit Plays An Important Role In The Cultivation And Development Of Low Carbon Society

With the development of economy,the problem of environmental protection has become more and more serious.The problem of global warming,energy shortage and environmental pollution caused by carbon dioxide emissions has become the focus of the whole world.World invariably choose give up economic development mode of high pollution,high energy consumption,vigorously promote energy-saving emission reduction,to develop low pollution,low energy consumption,low emissions as the goal of low carbon economy.In such a situation,in-depth study of analysis in our country under the current worldwide to promote energy saving and environmental protection of the environment how to build with Chinese characteristics of the green credit mechanism,and how to use green credit development of low carbon economy has important practical value and positive social significance.This paper mainly through theoretical elaboration,combined with my work experience in China Industrial Bank for many years,the use of case analysis method and comparative analysis method,etc.,on issues related to low-carbon economic background of China’s commercial banks green credit development were studied.The paper introduces the background and significance of this research,then reviewed in green credit status of research and development at China and abroad,the difficulties encountered in the development of green credit business process among China’s commercial banks.Outside environment immature,imperfect internal environment to develope green credit of bank,commercial banks green credit mechanism is not perfect and so on are the mainly problems.Therefore,in the background of a low-carbon economy development of green commercial bank credit,we must improve the relevant legislation and the green credit policy,environmental taxes,develop appropriate environmental economic policies,strengthen environmental protection and information exchange in order to optimize the external environment of green credit development;At the same time,climate should started from building environment risk management system,adjust business objectives,improve green credit incentives,strengthening reserves and personnel training,enriching green credit products,to solve internal problems of the development of green credit,to ensure that our green the healthy development of credit objectively.
