Study On The Behavior Of Farmers Participating In The New Rural Social Endowment Insurance

With constant changes of rural social mode of production and structure,traditional family pension,land security,have been unable to meet the growing demand for old-age farmers,rural old-age facing tremendous pressure,the urgent need to open up and implement a comprehensive and sound social pension insurance system.In September 2009,the State Council promulgated the "guidance on the development of new rural social endowment insurance pilot".Pointed out that according to the requirements of urban and rural areas,to fully cover the rural social pension,step by step to solve the problem of pension for farmers in old age.Based on this,the study of farmers’ participation behavior is of great significance to the improvement of the new agricultural insurance policy measures.In this study,Xinjiang Dabancheng district as an example,in the review of the new agricultural insurance related research based on,with related theories as a guide,through the design of the corresponding questionnaire and field interviews,a comprehensive understanding of Dabancheng District farmers insurance status and the existing problems are pointed out.With Logistic regression model,the insured behavior of farmers in Dabancheng district is studied from two aspects: whether the farmers are insured and the insured grade.The final conclusion is that the household income,the degree of understanding of the new agricultural insurance,the surrounding neighbors whether to participate in the new agricultural insurance three independent variables and whether the insured is a positive correlation between the insured.Education and number of children and whether the insured farmers negatively correlated relationship.Age and level of understanding of the new agricultural insurance has a direct significant impact on the level of insured farmers.Finally,according to the result of factors affect the behavior of the insured farmers Logistic regression,proposed the corresponding countermeasure,such as increasing the new agricultural insurance policy advocacy,improve farmers income,improve the subsidy policy,exert the function of "acquaintance society",to further promote the construction of service management system,in order to promote the sustainable development of the new agricultural insurance policy in Xinjiang Dabancheng district.
