Research On Group Work Intervention Of Capacity Of Poverty Alleviation Of Poor People

Since the reform and opening up,the Chinese government has carried out the policies of poverty alleviation and development,has promulgated and implemented a number of policies on poverty alleviation and development,poverty alleviation and development has made remarkable achievements.At the present stage,poverty alleviation has entered a crucial stage,The large-scaled rural population below the poverty line,the basic information of poverty population is not sound,pertinence of poverty alleviation policies are not strong and other issues are and other issues are the great challenges of poverty alleviation.Rural accurate poverty alleviation has pointed out the direction for the work of poverty alleviation in the future.How to take different strategies according to the specific circumstances of the poor areas and poor objects,improving the accuracy of poverty alleviation is the key to promote the development of poverty areas and realize the poverty alleviation.Therefore,give full play to the advantages of social work in poverty alleviation and development work,explore the necessity,feasibility and methods of social work intervention of rural accurate poverty alleviation,making social work become a important solution to the accurate poverty alleviation has important significance to our rural accurate poverty alleviation.This study based on the perspective of social work,through the field survey of the study area and the analysis of the needs of the poor population in the study area,I put forward the specific intervention methods.Which may provide valuable experience for social work involved in the research of accurate poverty alleviation.In this study,the author conducted a field investigation in Shaanxi and the data were collected by questionnaires,in-depth interviews and field observation.By the analysis of the current situation of poverty alleviation and the needs of the poor,the author holds that social work has its professional advantages in rural accurate poverty alleviation.There is a high degree of agreement between the social work and rural accurate poverty alleviation in concepts,working methods and so on.It is necessary and feasible to introduce social work to the rural accurate poverty alleviation of Wen Ling village.On this basis,this research takes strength perspective theory,social support theory and empowerment theory as the theoretical basis and intervent the accurate poverty alleviation in Wenling village by case work and group work.It proved that the intervent is effective,because the enthusiasm and confidence of poor is improved and help poverty group effectively linked to external resources.It can be said that this study explores the specific intervention methods of social work in rural accurate poverty alleviation.
