Study On The Evaluation Index Of Leisure Agriculture Management In Guanzhong Region Of Shaanxi

Leisure agriculture brought new opportunities and ways for rural development and farmers' income increase in the late 1980 s.The development of leisure agriculture has also led to the economic growth and improved employment in Guanzhong region of Shaanxi,positively affected the construction of beautiful countryside,and reducing the loss of rural personnel gradually.Presently,the development of leisure agriculture in China has entered the key stage of adjustment and improvement,and it is urgent to standardize the key link and management indexes.In-depth study factors influencing the management of leisure agriculture has become an urgent topic.Based on the current situation of leisure agriculture management in Guanzhong region,combined with the basic principles of economics,management and agronomy,we analyzes the existing problems in current using management approaches of leisure agriculture in Guanzhong region.The evaluation system of leisure agriculture management was constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi Approach(Expert Advisory Approach).By adjusting the analysis results repeatedly,the evaluation indexes were finally obtained.Results showing that:(1)leisure agriculture management evaluation index system was not perfect and still need to be further improved;(2)The main development models of leisure agriculture were the government-led regional development model,the village and town tourism model and family management "farmhouse" mode;(3)The evaluation index system of leisure agriculture management level in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi is based on the four levels of target layer,criterion layer,sub-criterion layer and index layer;(4)The weight coefficient analysis of the index layer showed that the weight of the leisure agriculture landscape design(0.0367),recreational area(0.0367),traffic design(0.0357)and infrastructure in the park(0.0357)are relatively high,which has great impact on the evaluation of leisure agriculture management,and the weight of soil quality(0.0108),evaluation and certification(0.0129)and cultural resources(0.0146)are relatively low,which has less impact on the evaluation of leisure agriculture management.This paper analyzes the index system of leisure agriculture management in Guanzhong region,combining with the case study of Guorui Ecological Tourism Industry Park in Gaoling District we point out the significance of the establishment of management evaluation index for the management of leisure agriculture.By analyzing the weight of leisure agriculture management index,we obtained the influence of different factors on the evaluation of leisure agriculture management,and provide guidance of leisure agriculture management in Guanzhong region to some extent.
