Study On Risk Management Of Overseas Project Contracting

With the development of our country in 2013 Belt and Road Initiative strategy,more and more contractors to join the ranks of overseas project contracting.Africa is a traditional market for Chinese contractors,and its market potential can’t be ignored.The background of The Belt and Road strategy,Africa infrastructure construction demand is increasing,and the demand for Chinese enterprises to provide a better development space.Compared to the domestic engineering contractor,engineering construction in Africa will face a lot of domestic have encountered difficulties and risks,such as political and economic environment,technical standards,engineering strange environment.Therefore,in the construction of Africa,the risk management is not in place because of the loss of the project is not in the minority.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept of project risk management and the concept of Stakeholder;Secondly,based on the summary of the characteristics of the African region,on the basis of the analysis of the different types of cases and a large number of literature to find the main risks in Africa.In view of these risks,in reference to excellent enterprise risk measures are put forward in Africa contractors different levels of risk response measures.Then,with the example of a practical project,this paper introduces the operational risk management in Africa.In the actual engineering cases in an embassy in Africa for example,get the relevant data in the risk identification by expert discussion method,and based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of project risk level,based on the level of risk measures.The innovation of this paper is that,through different types of cases in Africa are analyzed and summarized,and related interests within the contractor who has been combined with the concept,the main risk factors in Africa may be faced with and Countermeasures of the contractor.At the same time,the actual project risk management method in the analysis of universality and operability and reduce the operation difficulty through software calculation,provides certain reference role for the risk management in Africa.
