Study On Internal Control Of S Social Insurance Management Center

Our national social insurance business has already become an emphasis in the area of people's livelihood after thirty years' flourishing.The cost of social security funds had been rising at the same time,whereas the cases of illegal capital withdrawal and social security funds embezzlement are nothing new.That the security of social insurance funds is threatened demonstrates the deficiency of internal controls in corresponding social insurance agencies.This dissertation studied the status quo of S social security center,aiming at improving the current situations of internal controls in S social security center and ensuring the safety levels of social security funds.This dissertation,literature research and case studies are main research methods.Theoretical and regulatory requirements related to this dissertation are introduced before the introduction of the case.Among them,"Interim Measures for internal control of social security institutions" as an important regulatory requirement,has become an important basis of this dissertation.Via the regulatory requirement,this dissertation summarizes the elements of internal control social security agencies,as the research foundation.As for the case,this dissertation,which according to the internal control elements,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the internal control of S social security center,and puts forward some solutions.The analysis shows there many problems:the lack of evolution about crisis,the imperfect of the organizational structure,the crisis in the business and financial,and the lack of supervision.this dissertation base on data handling processes and characteristics of social insurance social security information system,design method of identifying risks,combined with the characteristics of the cultural atmosphere,the decision method of administrative institutions,puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions.They are developing evaluation of crisis;perfect the structure,strengthening business and financial and expanding supervision.At last we can pay more attention to the inner control of the government organs and to the social security funds.
