With the rapid development of industrial countries in the world increasingly high demand for water resources and water resource shortage,water pollution is more and more heavy,unsafe drinking water has gradually become the world must pay attention to the problem,but these problems threaten the safety and development of human beings.Shandong Lishui energy science and technology limited company(hereinafter referred to as the Lishui company)is a newly established energy environmental protection enterprise,in all kinds of pollution especially water pollution situation is exacerbated in the context of the history of water company as the research object of the water purification industry of small and medium-sized enterprises competitive strategy is necessary.The company's external opportunities facing the calendar of water is the main water purification industry entry and exit barriers are relatively low,the industry is in a period of rapid development,is the main external threat will be squeezed and disorderly price impact the industry of large enterprises;Li water company main advantages can integrate upstream and downstream resources,leadership decision-making rapid execution strong and grasp the channel resources,the main disadvantage is the limited resources,not the core technology and weak anti risk ability.According to the relevant theories of strategic management,using the research methods of literature research,comparative research,investigation,qualitative and quantitative,and using the PEST,five forces model,EFE,IFE,QSPM and other analysis tools for the water industry environment and the macro environment are analyzed from many aspects of the water company calendar the internal resources are summarized.The main innovation lies in,through the analysis of that calendar water company's external environment the opportunities outweigh the challenges,the internal disadvantages than advantages,based on the analysis of proposed business competitive strategy for calendar water company strategic focus.In general,the focus of strategy under the guidance from the technology,products and services and other aspects of the region to concentrate on the specific requirements of water purification business,focusing on the implementation of the step of marketing strategies in the household water sector and the rural market,the business strategy is to design and plan according to the actual situation of the market the calendar for water companies really seize the key to the rational allocation of resources,rapid business breakthroughs plays a vital role.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the above approach,this paper emphasizes on strengthening the construction of information management,financial management and corporate culture,so as to ensure the normal operation of all aspects of the company.
