The general housing prices have become increasingly difficult to raise funds from the bank. In this case, real estate financing tools need to be innovative.Real estate securitization, as the name suggests, is the use of asset securitization financing. That is, the liquidity of the real estate business can not be realized real estate enterprises into the capital of the capital into a way of securities.
