Executive compensation incentive is a very important link in corporate governance mechanism,to the enterprise performance and future development plays a crucial role.The research on the executives' motivation,risk-taking and enterprise performance research can develop reasonable company executive compensation system,gradually improve the corporate governance mechanism,realize that the strategic goals of the company is very important,and the existing research mainly concentrated on the relationship between executive compensation incentive and corporate performance,less involve executive motivation,risk-taking and the research of the relationship between corporate performance and related research mostly in listed commercial Banks as the research object,basically does not involve the use of the listed company as a whole.The paper based on the Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies in China as the research object,adopts the way of empirical studies made up the deficiencies of existing research,and corporate governance mechanisms to provide practical policy Suggestions.The paper based on the summarized literature,using China's Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies as the research object,under the support of relevant theories,puts forward with a corresponding research hypothesis,uses scientific and mathematical statistics method to test the executive compensation incentive,risk-taking,and enterprise performance,and verifies the risk-taking between the corporate performance and the executive compensation incentive intermediary effect.The paper studies the risk role in making decision enterprise management and how to improve enterprise performance for executive motivation,which provides an adequate theoretical basis,perfects our country listed company executive compensation incentive mechanism as a reference basis.The paper is divided into six parts as follows:The first part is the introduction part.The paper introduces the background and the significance,summarizes the main contents and methods of the study,and points out the innovation of the paper points.The second part is the literature review at home and abroad.The paper reviews the literature at home and abroad respectively,grasps the latest research on the problems related to both abroad and at home.The third part is the relevant concept definition and theoretical basis.Comb clear in this paper,the basic concept of research variables,this article USES the basic theory,and sums up the executive compensation incentive and risk bearing in this paper,we study variables in the land of the interaction between corporate performance and reason,laid a theoretical foundation for the following research.The fourth part is the executive compensation incentive,risk-taking and enterprise performance of the research design.Through to the literature,before the research of scholars for reference,put forward in this paper,the research hypothesis,namely the executive compensation incentive,enterprise risk exposures,enterprise performance of the three variables to the positive correlation,two enterprise risk exposures in the intermediary role between executive compensation incentive and corporate performance,and the study of this paper select variable selection and definition of the corresponding research model was constructed.The fifth part is that executive compensation incentive,risk-taking,and an empirical study on enterprise performance.Download institute by database,the use of Excel software for data sorting,using SPSS19.0 software,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and robustness testing,etc.,The paper through regression analysis finds that executives monetary compensation incentive,risk-taking and corporate performance is significantly related to the executive equity incentive and no significant correlation between the risk of a significant positive correlation with the enterprise performance,risk-taking and enterprise performance is significant positive correlation,and validate the risk-taking in intermediary effect between executive compensation incentive and corporate performance.The sixth part is that executive compensation incentive,risk-taking and enterprise performance of the research conclusion and suggestion.Analysis of the results of the study,to summarize the main conclusions of this paper,and accordingly puts forward optimized executive compensation incentive policy,improve corporate governance mechanism,some countermeasures and Suggestions to perfect the related incentive policy.Finally,aim at the limitations of the study.
