Research On The Relationship Between Patent Creation Ability And Firm Performance In New OTC Market Enterprises And Its Influencing Factors

In the new century,the economy is growing rapidly.And the main trend of economic development is economic globalization.In this era,it's important for the enterprises to enhance the independent innovation capability and improve the core competition ability.Intellectual property rights are the basis and core of independent innovation and the patent has become the important way to get the effective protection of intellectual property.So the relationship between patent capability and enterprise performance,how to use the patent capability to affect the enterprise performance,has become the focus to research.On the other hand,some enterprises can finance through the New OTC Market where can solve the problem about financing difficulties.How are the enterprises which belong to the New OTC Market and the strategic emerging industries to improve the competitive capability.This series of questions become the focus of research.Therefore,on the basis of the theory,this thesis put forward the constituent elements and the measurement index of patent creation ability and enterprise performance,and built relationship model between the patent creation ability and enterprise performance.Then,based on the sample of enterprise data,this paper used multivariate linear regression analysis.The conclusions are: there was a significant positive correlativity between patent creation ability and enterprise performance.The factors such as industry,district affect the correlation between patent creation ability and enterprise performance.
