| Today’s society has entered the stage of rapid population aging,the problem of pension is increasingly prominent,the national policy gradually open support,with more and more private pension enterprises into the pension market,the existence of the industry problems are increasingly apparent,In line with the hardware facilities,the service quality is also very critical,front-line staff directly to the elderly,and pension workers front-line staff daily work cumbersome,but also in the old-fashioned enterprises,High strength,pressure,easy to lead to job burnout and job satisfaction decline,thus affecting the quality of service.This paper makes an empirical study on the job satisfaction and job burnout of the front-line employees of S-aged enterprises.It has great significance to improve the job satisfaction and reduce the level of job burnout in the front-line employees of the pension enterprises,so as to improve the enthusiasm of the staff and improve the service quality and improve the enterprises’ Competitiveness must be realistic.Based on the theoretical research,this paper uses the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Short Scale and the Chinese Job Burnout Questionnaire to study the status of job satisfaction and job burnout with 145 first-line employees of S-aged enterprises.and use the SPSS 22.0software for the basic statistical analysis of data,factor analysis,correlation analysis,the results are as follows:The level of job satisfaction is low,the satisfaction rate of external reward is the lowest,the overall level of job burnout is moderate,and the level of emotional exhaustion is higher;the four dimensions of job satisfaction are significantly positive,There were significant positive correlations between the three dimensions of job satisfaction and the three dimensions of job burnout.At the end of this paper,combined with the conclusions of empirical research and the actual situation of enterprises,author made six recommendations in order to reduce the S long-term employment of workers in the front-line employees burnout,improve job satisfaction for S pension enterprises reference. |
