In the process of development of China aviation industry,more than 90% of the air tickets sales is completed by ticket distributor,the size of all kinds of ticket agents,the highest peak stage for a few million,more than one million people directly and indirectly involved,the ticket distribution model for the development of civil aviation in the early Chinese plays a great role in promoting.Now air travel has become one of the main way to travel people,along with the development of electronic commerce,to further facilitate the electronic ticket,further popularize the use of electronic means of payment,travel service providers and airlines direct sales has entered the stage of rapid development of electronic.With the development of the market,the airline introduced a new deal is not conducive to the original distributor sales,greatly affecting the ticket distribution industry,so that the ticket distribution industry is facing a historic change.Especially in 2016 July,after the four airlines announced the cancellation of domestic ticket agent's return policy,the rating agency fees,but the quota agency fee ticket agent is difficult to cover operating costs,business profit,many ticket distributor has chosen to stay out of the market,the enterprise is also facing the problem of transformation.In this market situation,Travel Z as a large ticket distributors,the impact of the new ticket agency is more intense,the urgent need for business model transformation and innovation.Based on the study of electronic commerce under the background of the ticket industry history and current situation of the agent,the use of SWOT analysis,find out the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Z travel network,points out the development direction of Z network business model is a journey: 1,from a policy perspective,Z travel network only actively respond to the new deal,the distribution market in the years of deep plowing and upstream of the airline ticket,to further deepen cooperation,strive for other preferential policies.2,from product strategy,can increase the thickness of the products,to create a "ticket + insurance + Hotel + Book + tourism" and other different types of product portfolio;cultivating TMC service,provide a standardized TMC platform and services for two agents,while continuing to expand its own brand TMC;turn to the development of "cruise + difference tourism resources such as the type of products.3,for the Z brigade network platform itself gathered a large number of agents of the advantages of the two level,to provide financial services for the procurement of the link of the two agents,the development of supply chain finance.According to the Z travel network business model transformation on the future effectiveness was predicted,conclusion is a large ticket distributor in combination with existing resources and channel advantages on the basis of the business model innovation,the transition to the comprehensive travel service providers,to increase the stereo income,business income increase,realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
