Research On The Influences Of Leisure Farmer Quality On The Operation Modes

"Agriculture is the fundamental condition for the survival of the mankind,and a matter of primary importance".With China’s reform and opening-up going further,China’s economic level has been growing,the industrialization and urbanization accelerated,and people’s living standard also improving.Thus,people’s pursuit for a high quality life is also expanding.This pursuit includes a yearning for the nature.The demand for leisure agriculture is also expanding in the context of the increasingly growing experience economy.It not only challenges the traditional operation modes of leisure agriculture,but also sets higher requirements for the development of leisure agriculture and thereupon the quality and operation modes of leisure farmers.the operation mode of the leisure farms at this stage is composed of two major types:innovative ones and imitative one.And the two major types can be also divided into four minor types of operation modes:all-round innovative one,optional innovative one,close imitative one and distant imitative one.Based on theory of the iceberg model,the theory of hierarchy of needs and the theory of planned behavior,and in combination with the research results both at home and abroad with related research contents,this paper has designed relevant evaluation index system;by means of questionnaire and interview surveys,this paper has made careful investigations and thus obtained related data and questionnaire results;then by making use of AHP to perform calculation,this paper has worked out the weight of indexes at all levels,and finally established the evaluation index system for the influences of leisure farmer quality on the operation modes and defined the evaluation system standards for each index.The standards contain four layers,respectively the target layer,the principle layer,the sub-principle layer and the index layer.Among them,the target layer reflects the influence factors of leisure farmer quality on the operation modes;the principle layer is composed of five major parts including knowledge accomplishment,skill experience,operation capability,operation concept and operation motive;the sub-principle layer reflects a total of 16 content elements of each principle layer;the index layer reflects the composition of 19 specific content indexes at the principle layer.By applying the evaluation system for the influences of leisure farmer quality on the operation modes to both the innovative and the imitative operation modes,we have received such evaluation findings that are rather objective and can faithfully reflect relevant types of farmer quality.Thus,it proves that the evaluation system and methods have good feasibility.The positive research results suggest the weaker quality of the leisure farmers who adopt various operation modes in education level,training participation and self-realization motive,and the overall weak quality of leisure farmers who adopt distant imitative one.Finally,in order to improve the quality of leisure farmers and promote the development of leisure agriculture,this paper proposes such suggestions and countermeasures that the government guides the innovative development of leisure agriculture,establishes and perfects the leisure agriculture association,improves the training mechanism of leisure agriculture,and combines educational guidance with excellent experience.
