H company is a financial leasing company.The company is currently in the early stages of development.The system process is not perfect and the management of the internal staff is relatively weak.In the face of the current market environment,the long-term development major issue of the company is improving performance management program to insure the consistency between organization and individual goals and forming an effective incentive and restraint mechanism to improve the management efficiency.This article takes H company as the research object and summarizes the basic theory of performance management.We refer to the recent domestic and foreign literature and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various performance appraisal methods to lay a good foundation for the follow-up study.Based on the above research,this article analyzes the current situation of company management by using balanced scorecard?key performance indicators?360 degree and so on.We refine our strategic objectives of H company to specific?measurable performance indicators and choose the different evaluation cycle in combination with the application characteristics of each index in order to form a set of consistent with the actual situation of H company's performance management system model and provide a reliable basis for improving management efficiency and realize the management goal.Through the full investigation of the current situation of the company management,the paper deeply discusses the problems to be solved and puts forward the solution to optimize the design of a scientific and efficient performance management system.On the basis of full investigation and analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation and strategic planning of H company and further improves the performance management system to improve the overall operational efficiency and value creation ability.First of all,we analyze the present situation and the reasons behind the performance and make full use of the methods of interview and questionnaire.In order to point out the problems in current situation of the development,we make statistics and analysis of the results of the questionnaire on one hand and summarize and classify the staff interviews on the other hand.Secondly,we clear objectives and principles of performance management scheme design on the base of clarifying the company's strategic planning.We construct the performance evaluation index model for H company and set up a performance management systemorganization and responsibility system and performance management system to form a complete performance management system of H company by using a variety of performance assessment methods.Finally,we summarize and refine the corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the effective operation of the performance management system of H company.On the basis of the performance management theory,the purpose of this paper is to find the problems of H company's performance management system in the actual operation and analyze the causes of the problems.Then we select the suitable performance evaluation method for the development of the company to promote the improvement of performance management and improve the quality of staff.Finally,we achieve a win-win situation.There are three innovations in this paper.First,the previous research for financial leasing companies mainly focus on business development and risk control and less involve in performance management field.This paper is to design a set of scientific and reasonable performance management system based on the financing leasing company.This is innovative.Secondly,this paper adopts the methods of interview and questionnaire.We collect the opinions of the current performance management scheme of the staff and suggestions for optimizing design through the interviews.We quantify the statistical satisfaction of specific data and analyze the performance management status of the company through the questionnaire survey method,laying the foundation for establishing an efficient performance management system.Last,we design a complete index system of H company and part of the company's departments and positions by the application of Balanced Scorecard?KPI and 360 degree performance evaluation method.We also build a more reasonable and efficient performance evaluation index system in order to apply the performance management theory to H company better.
