Water,an important resource for both human life and manufacture,is the irreplaceable material.Water shortage is a major problem,which the world's cities are facing to.With the development of productive forces,the continuous strengthening of global economy,as well as the top speed accelerated urbanization,water resources in Sichuan province is facing grim situation,such as engineering water shortage.Luzho u is a municipal moderate water shortage city.Due to the spatial and temporal distribution of water resources,the main production and living areas lack water resource seriously.Some rivers are polluted by industrial waste water and city sewage and emissions of pollution,thus exacerbating the contradiction between water supply and demands.Therefore,with the rapid development of the current in the increasing degree of internationalization with the national economy,city water security problems have become increasingly prominent.To ensure that the city water supply safety,it is of strategic significance for the stable development of economy and society China.This paper takes Luzhou city planning and Construction Bureau of industry management,the SASAC assets and administration under the Luzhou City Xing Lu safety water group limited water supply in the city as a study case,from the function of government supervision of Luzhou city water supply safety supervision system,fro m the actual operation of system innovation of safety supervision of urban water supply in Luzhou city.From the study on the construction of management system of Luzhou city water supply safety and human security,analysis and extraction of safety supervision of Luzhou city water supply success from the experience,and for the same type of area of city water supply safety supervision,it provides reference implementation.This thesis consists of six parts: the first part introduces the background,significance,and research status.The theory which requires the use of the research ideas and methods are clear.Finally it briefly introduces research difficulties and innovation.The second part overviews of the overall situation of safety supervision in China city water supply,and the current city water supply problems in our country.This case aims to solve the safety supervision of our city water supply value.The third part is about the scientific description of the case,including the overview of the case,the course of exploration,the main methods and results,etc.The fourth part: is the core content of this thesis,which is made up of three chapters.This paper selects three key factors that determine the success of the case,and analyzes and decomposes it.The fifth part puts forward the inspiration of the case for the safety regulation of urban water supply,according to the analysis above The sixth part is the conclusion.
