Study On Research On Performance Management Of Working Capital In Electronic Manufacturing Industry Based On Channel

In the enterprise’s financial management,working capital management theory has a very important influence and directly involves the liquidity,profitability and stability of the capital.It is of great significance to introduce the concept of channel management,to analyze traditional application of working capital management theory in enterprise capital management,and to find out the limits on management concept,means and methods.In addition,combining theory with practice and testing it in the practical work can make the main point of work clear,improve the work efficiency,solve the problem and also more fit the modern enterprise environment.This paper divides working capital into the procurement,production,and sales from the perspective of supply chain channel,and analyzes the sample data of real electronic product manufacturing industry at the same time.The novelty lies in that we use the management of typical enterprises as examples and try to adopt new research methodology to optimize the traditional problem to see through a larger scope.As to the working capital management,this paper transforms the overall management to the link management and channel management.The result of this paper is conducive to resolve the problem of working capital management and to effectively improve the precision of enterprise management.This paper provides a reference for other similar enterprises how to apply the theory,and illustrates the application of the theory should pay attention to in particular.Other enterprises can also use its working capital management to improve the level of active exploration.
