| With the end of the first national geographical condition census,the collected data began to gradually put into use,and the work of national geographical condition statistical analysis also started step by step.In recent years,due to the rapid development of China’s economy and society,natural resources and ecological environment have undergone tremendous pressure,so it is necessary to study the regional resource environmental carrying capacity.Some of the index about the comprehensive analysis and evaluation in national geographical condition statistical analysis just fully reflect the comprehensive indicators of resource environmental carrying capacity.Based on the national geographical condition statistical analysis,this paper establishes the evaluation index system of resource environmental carrying capacity of Tianjin’ districts in 2014.In order to comprehensively analyze and understand the current condition of resource environmental carrying capacity,and then the evaluation index system of resource environmental carrying capacity of Tianjin city in the past 10 years from 2006 to 2015 is constructed based on the statistical yearbook data.According to the principle of the construction of the index system,the paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of resource environmental carrying capacity from three aspects:resource supply,environmental support,economic and social development,and then firstly uses the method of principal component analysis to filter the index,and secondly use the method of entropy weight to calculate the weight of the extracted principal component in MATLAB.Finally,the model of comprehensive evaluation is used to obtain the score of resource environmental carrying capacity about each district of Tianjin in 2014 and annual Tianjin city in the past 10 years and their sort.In order to fully explain the comprehensive score of resource environmental carrying capacity,the model of coupling degree and the model of coupling coordination are used to analyze the three subsystems,which is to dissect the degree of interaction and coordination among the internal factors about the evaluation index system of the carrying capacity.The result shows that:the spatial distribution of the comprehensive score of resource environmental carrying capacity in Tianjin presents the distribution characteristics of the "circle" in the six center districts of the city-the four districts of the city-the suburbs.The comprehensive score of resource environmental carrying capacity can be well interpreted and corresponded by the coupling coordination analysis between the subsystems.The three subsystems of resource environmental carrying capacity are mutually influence and constraint,and it is necessary to balance the relationship among the three in order to ensure the sustainable development of the region. |
