| With the advent of the Internet era,the enterprise ushered in a big change,the integration,the cross-border trend,crossover management has become a new form of logistics development,it is always that people concerns about how to use bring performance for logistics by the way of crossover management.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influencing factors of logistics enterprises crossover management.The paper defines the connotation,extension and essence of crossover management,and put forward the model of logistics enterprises crossover management under the Internet.According to the theories of enterprise growth,diversification,resources and capability,the paper analyses the internal factors influencing of logistics enterprises crossover management,the paper research on the factors of logistics enterprises crossover management from two aspects of enterprise internal environmental factors and external environmental factors.The internal factors mainly from three dimensions of organizational factors,products or services,business decision-makers,Analyze the external factors mainly from two dimensions of the cross-border target market environment of enterprises and the original business environment,the paper mainly analysis from two aspects of internal and external.According to the above mentioned theories and related theories and reviewing previous literatures,the paper put forward 12 hypotheses,analyses the date form the questionnaire of influencing the performance of logistics enterprises cross-border.After analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the results show that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are appropriate,with a certain degree of reliability and consistency,the variables also have a significant correlation between the dimensions,the paper mainly carry out the multiple linear regression to validate the 12 hypotheses.The results showed that the target business market and the original business market environment of the internal factors and the product and enterprise decision makers can promote the development of logistics.There is a positive correlation between performance and non-financial performance,and there is also a significant correlation between external factors and internal factors. |
