Research On The Optimization Selection Of Logistics Service Providers In Airport Logistics Park

Airport logistics park is an important part of the aviation system,which can promote the development of aviation logistics.It plays a huge role in promoting the economic development of our country construction.However,due to China's aviation logistics industry started relatively late,the construction of airport logistics park is not perfect,and we also lack some corresponding theoretical researches,so it lacks of competitive advantage compared with the foreign.According to the foreign experience,the airport logistics park should implement a reasonable access policy,select qualifiled suppliers by the scientific evaluation mechanism and maintain the appropriate number of logistics service providers to increase the competitiveness of the park.Therefore,the research on the optimization selection of logistics service providers in airport logistics park has important implications to improve the operation efficiency and service quality for the airport logistics park.This paper first reviews the current research on the number of optimization problems of logistics service supplier and the supplier selection problems.On this basis,the paper makes a summary of the theoretical basis for the optimization selection of logistics service providers in airport logistics park,and focuses on two issues:the airport logistics park should choose how many logistics service providers and how to choose.Firstly,considering the cost and risk control of the airport logistics park,the paper analyzes the first issue from three aspects of transaction cost,risk loss and logistics procurement cost.The paper introduces the cooperation degree coefficient considering the different cooperation degree between enterprises and suppliers,reflects the opportunism behavior of logistics service providers by opportunity cost,applies the quantity flexibility contract due to the uncertainty of market demands.Then it analyses the risk loss and procurement cost according to demand and supply.On this basis,it builds the nonlinear integer programming model for total cost minimization principle,and verifies the validity of the model through the example analysis.Secondly,the paper proposes the IF-ANP method to select logistics service providers in airport logistics park.Through the analysis of airport logistics,it constructs the evaluation index system from five aspects of customer relationship,logistic cost,soft power of enterprises,business ability,informatization level.Because of the existence of interdependence among evaluation indexes,ANP theory is applied to construct ANP network structure.In order to represent the fiuzziness in the evaluation process,the intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are used to express the preferences of the decision maker.According to the theory of group decision,the paper establishes the "intuition fuzzy-analytic network process(IF-ANP)" method to select logistics service providers of airport logistics park,and validates the effectiveness and reliability of the method through example analysis.
