Research On Risk Management Of Baosteel Fan Energy-saving Project

As technology continues to progress and rapid economic development,the project appear more and more in the enterprise,which is the enterprise development strategy to achieve an important way,however,of which there are many uncertain factors,the presence of these uncertainties is the project a variety of risk factors.Therefore,the project risk management is particularly important for businesses.Based on these theory,this paper research the risk management of Baosteel fan energy saving project.The main purpose of this paper is for the many uncertainties Baosteel fan energy project risk management exist,using the relevant research methods to identify and evaluate potential risk factors for the project,so as to achieve effective risk control.Firstly,this paper analysis the significance of the research background Baosteel fan energy projects,and analysis of relevant theory and research status at home and abroad for project risk management.Since Baosteel fan energy engineering project risk scale,technical complexity and other characteristics,this paper,identified the risk management of Baosteel fan energy-saving project from technical risks,economic risks,security risks,maintaining the organization's risk exposure and risk to identify,obtained 20 indicators of risk factors.Based on these risk factors indicators,we use AHP estimates its risk.Obtained Baosteel fan energy projects with high risk factors,moderate risk factor,low-risk factors and minor risk factors.According to estimates of the results,this paper puts forward the corresponding risk control strategies,and proposed a series of safeguards.Finally,a brief summary of the main results of this study,and pointed out the lack of this study and the future research of this paper in theory and practice.
