A Study Of Fuzhou Science And Technology Development From The Perspective Of Innovation-driven

Nowadays,with new technological revolution and industrial revolution on the rise in the world,economic and social development goes into new normal,and science and technology has become the main force to promote economic and social development,thus,innovation-driven is an irresistible trend,as the Five Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party puts forward a further implementation of the development strategy of innovation-driven,to make science and technology innovation play a leading role in the comprehensive innovation.And implementing the development strategy of innovation-driven mainly depends on scientific and technological innovation,thus,innovation should be the base point and the center link of the strategy of science and technology development and promoting science and technology achieve innovation-driven development.Therefore,a further analysis of and a system research on the theory and practice problems of science and technology in the process of development and evolution from the perspective of innovation-driven is of great realistic significance for regional economic and social development.As the capital city of Fujian province,Fuzhou has rich resources of science and technology,with advantageous science and technology development environment,facing the national strategic opportunities such as the free trade zone and "Marine Silk Road",with obvious advantages and huge potential of science and technology development;however,Fuzhou science and technology development shows the low ability of scientific and technological innovation as well as poor benefit of scientific and technological achievements transformation,and science and technology development has not yet formed the beneficial drive to economic development.Therefore,this paper is based on the current development situation of Fuzhou science and technology,to explore problem of Fuzhou science and technology development from the perspective of innovation-driven,in order to be helpful for the innovation-driven development of Fuzhou science and technology.On the basis of the main line of innovation-driven,this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is based on combing the relevant theoretical researches of innovation-driven and science and technology development both at home and abroad,absorbing the essence of previous research results,and through the summaries and reviews of existing researches,finds the shortages,so as to present the research train of thought and innovation in this paper.The second part,on the basis of theoretical analysis,from the time perspective of regional science and technology development,puts forward three mechanisms of entrepreneurial innovation,major innovation project and science and technology development driven by innovation incubation ecological system,which lays theoretical foundation on the full text.The third part is on the basis of data analysis and the related research,from the aspects of science and technology environment,achievements and resources,to make a deep analysis of science and technology development in Fuzhou,to find out the insufficiency in the process of science and technology development by research,to provide a analysis method for the further study of science and technology development in Fuzhou.The fourth part,by constructing technology innovation-driven ability index system,applies the extension comprehensive evaluation method to make comprehensive evaluation of Fuzhou science and technology innovation-driven ability,and makes quantitative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Fuzhou science and technology development.The fifth part,from the perspective of innovation-driven,on the basis of mechanism research of science and technology development and the results of comprehensive evaluation,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to Fuzhou science and technology development.
