Risk Management Research Of Energy Concentrated Control Project In Shougang Cold Rolled Company

In the process of project construction,there will be a lot of uncertainties,which have a significant effect on the success of project.The paper,based on the knowledge system on the full use of the idea of project management,analysis project risk management theoretical knowledge from the development,current status,methods,procedures and other aspects of the risk management.As a case of energy concentrated control project of Beijing Shougang cold rolled company limited's(hereinafter referred to company energy concentrated control project),this paper analyzes the specific application of risk management on this project on the basis of the combination of the theory of project risk management and energy management systems for project management.This paper's objective inquiries into the effective application and finds out available models of risk management on such cases.The thesis is consist of five parts,the first chapter introduces the background and meaning of the research,and domestic and international status of project risk management;The second chapter describes the theory and methods of project risk management;The third chapter presents the background and construction programs of company energy concentrated control project;Chapter IV analysis the risks of decision-making stage,preparation stage,implementation stage and completion stage,Chapter V for the response measures of the project risk on each stage.The contribution of the paper is the cross-over study on the project risk management and project construction.Furthermore,it deepens the understanding of risk management theory.Combined with the experience gained in the project management process and the practices on centralized control project risk management,finally,risk management model for similar projects are found.This model enriches theoretical knowledge of project risk management,and put the theory of project risk management into practice flexibly.At the same time,this model guides and give reference to the similar projects.
