Recently,with the great support from our country for printing industry,this industry has developed a lot.In "twelfth five" plan,our country will encourage to develop exemplary company,green printing and create advantage enterprise.With this kind of opening system,the disadvantage such as the competitors are becoming more and more,intensive level is low,innovation ability is not enough,the construction of ERP,SCM is weak.How to keep the competition is the serious question that all the enterprise need to face.M company as a private company,the main business is library and teaching material printing.With the market competition becoming more and more fiercely,people realize that the core of this competition is to strive customers.Because a company's profit must depending on the customers they have.Lots of cases proved that the key to get success for a company is taking care of the demand from customer,proving the service and products which can satisfy their needs,managing the relationship with them effectively,so that(CRM)the company can enhance the satisfaction and loyalty of the customer.This is the key to keep competitive in the market for M company.This article will collect the information through talking with the leaders and employees who are working in M,getting the information from CRM of M and also necessary information from internet to analysis the customers relationship management of M,basing on the theory of CRM,marketing relationship and so on.And point out the weakness of CRM in M,the reason why the customer is declining the satisfaction,losing the customer.Meanwhile this article will offer the CRM improvement strategy.The new CRM strategy will based on"customer first" "improve the management process" "construct new system of CRM" these three facts.So that the service concept of "customer first" will launch in everyone's mind,realize the automatic market,automatic sales,raise the reaction speed,and then raise the service quality and satisfaction.Also this article will offer the safeguard measures,the improvement of evaluation performance system.Based on the research,the improvement of CRM is the key measure to hold the core value of customer,update the core competition of M company.The construction of CRM system will be the future direction for printing company to start informationize.I hope this conclusion will give some reference to M company,and also some enlighten to this industry.
