Study On Increasing Income Of Farmers In Jiangsu Huai'an District

Along with the increasing general concern on the 'issues of agriculture,countryside and farmers' from public,the national government gradually increase the intensity of agricultural,farmers and rural areas.The most important factor in the three rural issues of social concern is the human factor,farmers,from the point of view,the essence of the development is how to promote the farmers to live up to a well-off level.In order to improve the quality of life of farmers,we must take measures to improve the income of farmers,but also to effectively solve the problem of agriculture,rural development is also the same.Huaian District,Huaian City of Jiangsu Province is the main agricultural development area,the effective promotion of farmers' income in the region will have a direct impact on the role of Huaian,especially in Huaian area farmers' income has gradually become one of the key issues of government.For many years,although the Huaian district has made remarkable achievements in the farmers' income,it has been affected by many factors.Compared with the surrounding towns,the farmers' income in Huaian district is still a series of problems,especially the farmers' income is not high.Based on this,the farmers' income in Huaian district is discussed.This study adopts literature data method,system analysis method and field survey method,combined with relevant theory and practice of Huaian District,and analyzes the income of farmers in Huaian District,and Hongze County,South of Jiangsu Province,Huaian District.Based on Huaian District of Jiangsu Province farmer income growth difficulties and constraints analysis:mainly analyzes the Huaian farmer income growth,the plight of the analysis system;economic development level and economic situation of the farmers' income;the weakness of agriculture determines the growth of farmers' income difficulties;the agriculture industrial structure is unreasonable,the low level of industrialization;agricultural resources occupies increasingly tense,poor production conditions;low degree of rural market system,low degree of organization of farmers;farmer science and technology culture quality is low;lack of proper methods to increase income and labor technical ability.And it analyzes the reasons why the farmers increase income in Huaian District:the reason of the scale,the reason of science and technology and farmers own factors and less wealth accumulation factor.And puts forward a series of rich for and valuable suggestions,mainly including the adjustment of rural industrial structure and take the road of industrialization;multi channel to realize rural surplus labor transfer;land transfer and accelerate the income of farmers continued to grow;focus on policy oriented,to achieve steady growth in the income of the farmers;agriculture science and technology policy implementation,increase the cultural level of farmers;labor skills training to enhance farmer;development of collective economy and personal economic.Shifting farms,increasing the growth pace of farmers' income;focusing more on policy oriented system;realizing a steady growth of famers' income;implementing the policy of promoting agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances,improving farmers' cultural standing.
