A Study On The Reform Of Endowment Insurance System Of Mongolian

Early 1990s,Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union took place social changes,many neighboring socialist countries affected by social change begins,and these include Russia's neighbors Mongolia.Mongolia starts the social reform from 1991,the aim of this reform is to change the social system,economic system,and government also.And the economic system was change from planned economy to market economy.Social insurance system reform faced lots of difficulties.And facing the aging population and other questions,the system was also move towards the marketization.During the whole process,social insurance system could be one of the most important.Mongolia starts to follow some advice of Russia.Russia got through some difficulties,searched over "The New Liberalism" and "The Third Road" and finally made a success on the system.And all the successful experience will be useful for the reform of Mongolia.This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is about the introduction of this article.Introducing the background,meaning,literature review,research idea and so on.The second part is about theoretical basis of the social insurance system.The third part is about the history of Mongolian social insurance reform,which was divided into different parts.And the fourth part is about the advanced experience of social insurance system reform from China,Russia and Thailand.And the last part is about the conclusion of the whole thesis.
