Investigation And Analysis On The Current Situation Of Horticulture Industry In Lingling District Of Yongzhou City

Horticultural industry which is developed with start early and good foundation is a pillar industry of agriculture in Lingling District. In this study, we performed data access methods, questionnaire investigation and visit discussion to investigate the horticultural industry of vegetables, fruit and flower in Lingling District. The main results are as follows:1, In above three horticultural industries in Lingling District, the development of vegetable industry is the best, however, the flower industry is most vulnerable. The output value of the vegetable industry is more than the food industry's since 2013, which is the first strong industry of the agricultural industry in Lingling District. The annual output value is 1.75443 billion Yuan by the end of 2015, accounting for 53% of the agricultural output value; the output value of fruit industry decreased year by year form 2012, and the value is 183.5 million Yuan in 2015, only 10.5% of the vegetable production; Flower industry which not only started late but also planting area and output increase were not large in the past five years, but with "to create a forest city?create a health city" success in Lingling District, for the development of the flower industry has brought a huge prospects.2, The main problems of horticulture industry development in Lingling District including:first, the policy supporting is not enough powerful; Second, the land circulation work is not smooth; Third, the management system of the foundation, cooperative and enterprise internal construction are imperfection; Fourth, lack of processing enterprises.3, To solve above problems, many methods are putting forward:first, to increase the intensity of support from the government, policy and funds; Second, to improve the efficiency of land circulation, ensuring the smooth circulation of the land; Third, to strengthen the construction of industry inside:the perfect internal management system, strengthening the construction of infrastructure, security monitoring, efforts to create brand, external building development services platform, to do strongly does leading enterprises, go the way of talent training and technical guidance and so on; Fourth, to import of advanced technology and strengthen enterprise guidance, promoting the development of local processing enterprises.
