Study On The Tea Art Characteristics And Innovative Of Hunan

The geography surroundings of Hunan province are abundant in gifts of nature. Since ancient times, it has been one of the mainly areas of tea production in our country. The tea industry is a traditional advantaged business in Hunan. Based on the human geography, the tea productions and the quality of tea, the art of Xiang tea contains the spirit of Hunan, and makes great sense to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the art of Xiang tea and the inheritance and promotion of the tea art in Hunan.In this thesis, systematic research on the art of Xiang tea is carried out by literature analysis, field investigation, case study, and the connection between theory and practice. From the perspectives of historical changes, the material characteristics, and the spirit characteristics, the characteristics and the innovations of the art of Xiang tea are analyzed, which enriches the study contents of the culture of tea in Hunan, makes up for the deficiencies of the present researches which lack depth, and improves the theory level of the art of Xiang tea.By illustrating the origin of Xiang tea, the tea-drinking customs in Tang and Song dynasty and the art of Xiang tea in modern times, the first section clarifies the development and evolution of the art of Xiang tea. The second section analyzes the Xiang tea’s material characteristics from seven aspects, that is, tea, water, tool, realm, art, happiness and language, objectively. The third section excavates the internal characteristics and aesthetics characteristics of Xiang tea and thus explores the society foundation of Xiang tea to have an overall understanding of its spirit. Based on the profound background of tea culture, all kinds of tea-drinking custom and tea production, and the spirit of "all-embracing, dare to be the first", the forth section starts with the reality, cultural and innovation and mainly talks about the topic choosing of Xiang tea innovation. By citing the two classic Hunan tea shows "border town impression" and "two thousand tea" tea, material characteristics to the spiritual characteristic of the comprehensive innovation of the Hunan tea are illustrated. Finally, according to the innovation and development of Hunan tea, some suggestions are put forward. The first is to strengthen the study of tea culture, especially the tea art creative workers construction. The second is to create a healthy and positive on the basis of tradition and innovation and create the contemporary life of Hunan tea to promote the development of Hunan tea industry, tea brand building blocks and increase the beauty of connotation for people’s leisure life of tea.
