"Science and technology is the first productive force", the development of any industry can not be separated from the application of science and technology, agriculture is no exception. Linli County is a big county of grain industry in Hunan Province, but the agricultural science and technology of Linli county's agricultural leading industry is not so ideal. Therefore, this paper takes the agricultural leading industry of Linli County as the research object, from this perspective, the support function of agricultural science and technology is studied.
