But unfortunately, behind the glamorous science of "ivory tower",science also have behaviors which damaged science figure. It is the scientific misconduct that suffered criticism and hot scientists in recent years. What is scientific misconduct? What is induced by scientists of scientific misconduct? How to prevent and correct? The origin of this paper research is deep thinking and solving this problem urgently.The overall framework of this paper as follows:first, the phenomenon of scientific misconduct carried out, clarified the definition of scientific misconduct and its manifestations. Scientific misconduct is considered of scientific workers in the whole process of scientific research, subjective intentionally violates the scientific community accepted standards, made against the behavior of scientific spirit, the basic form is tampering, plagiarism, and fraudulent. Secondly, make full use and learn Marxist philosophy principle, analysis the cause of scientists scientific misconduct system. Pointing out internal cause decided to the development of things, lack of scientific spirit and scientific workers their own responsibility which caused behavior misconducts. At the same time, external objective factors also have effect on catalyst, lack of supervision mechanism, academic evaluation and incentive system is not perfect all-induced factors. Finally, in view of scientific misconduct put forward to prevent some theoretical opinions, we stressed not one of them can be dispensed with scientific workers of self-discipline and heteronomy both of the society. Scientific workers should strengthen consciousness and self-discipline and introspection, society has to build relaxed academic environment, reform the evaluation system, perfect the legal punishment, strengthen the supervision of public and media.Scientific misconduct is an important issue of science and the image of scientists in current scientific research, it is also a frontier problem in the field of sociology of science, which all had great harms of the science itself, society and so on, must be taken seriously. Meanwhile, scientific misconduct is a worldwide problem, various countries have also introduced corresponding control measures, but our scientific misconduct has its own characteristics, can not be applied mechanically management experience of foreign countries, according to our local conditions to find a more suitable control measures. China's scientific development still need to work on improving the scientific management system, cultivating the spirit of science, and establishing scientists ethical in the future. Govern scientific misconduct need scientists self-discipline and society heteronomy, so as to ensure the healthy development of China's scientific undertaking.
