The Research On The Scientific Misconduct Of Our Country

Misconduct in science has obstructed the development of science and technology and uglified the image of academia. In our country a lot of scholars did some analysis and research on the scientific misconduct, most of which focused on the construction of scientific morality and the establishment of academic norm and lacked a comprehensive qualitative analysis and some feasible and enlightening advice.This paper does some research on the definition, types, discovery patterns, social sources of the scientific misconducts and the methods of preventing and punishing with the methods of document research, case analysis and table comparison.The results of this research are as follows:Firstly, on a basis of case research, the scientific misconducts have been classified into five main types: a. fabrication, b. falsification, c. plagiarism, d. signature which is not in accord with the facts, e. contribution to different magazines with the same paper.
