Rural party organizations are in the core position of various sorts of village work. Meanwhile, they are the foundation for the party's village work and fighting capacity. The third part is to research and analyze the current situation of the effects on rural economy exerted by Rural Party organizations of Cao Town, Ruian City. The fifth part discusses ways in which rural party organizations can be powered to lead the rural economic development.This thesis has found out through researches and studies that rural party organizations remain insufficiently capable in several respects such as ability to achieve prosperity on their own, capability of leading others to acquire wealth, and besides that, the collective economy is by any means too vulnerable. These problems mentioned are mainly attributed to the weakened influence power of rural party organizations on economic development, low quality of organization life, inadequate supply for new party members as well as the disharmony between party management and requirement for economic development. In terms of that, this thesis advocates several measures that the construction of party organizations in rural areas should be enhanced, characteristic economic development combined with reality ought to be encouraged, and working mechanism is supposed to be regulated and perfected in an ultimate attempt to improve the ability in developing rural economy for rural party organizations.
