Research On New Products Development Ability Of Gansu Hualing Group

Chinese companies have faced the keen competition since they entered the international market. New product development, as one of most important means for companies'revising and development, is also an important component part of modern enterprise'core competitiveness. New products are companies'life. Only if they developed high-technical, competitive and high value-added new product, will they invincible.This paper focus on Gansu Hualing Group new products development, through introducing the actuality of it, through SWOT method analyzes it, and finds out the reason of weakness of R&D capacity, and puts out the methods in developing new products. The main research contents as follow:First, author expounds research background, related theoretical research, the relationship between innovation theory & technology and new products development, and main framework of paper. Second, author discourses the actuality of Gansu Hualing Group new products development, through SWOT method analyzing its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threatens, and finds the problems.
