With the rapid development of economy,the tourism industry of our country is developing rapidly,meanwhile companied by Challenges and threats.Although the tourism has broad prospects,because of Strategic planning lag and slow response to market,there are problems that can't meet the needs of customers.From the perspective of strategic management,through a careful study of the background of strategic management and analysis for the development environment of Tourism(including Political environment,economic environment,cultural environment,technology environment)The paper define the development prospects of the tourism industry and the market environment for the development of the enterprise development strategy.This paper takes XIN DA DU International Travel Service Limited Company(Abbreviated as XIN DA DU)as an example.Firstly,through the analysis of the development status of XIN DA DU,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges which were confronted by a developing enterprise are illustrated by SWOT analysis method.At the same time,targeted to the development of A enterprise strategic management planning and proposed a series of plans including “Tourism +” strategy,Collaborative development strategy of tourism and culture,Product R & D strategy and talent strategy in the context of One Belt One Road.The strategic management research of this paper starts from the macro background of the domestic and foreign,bases on in enterprise development mission,put into the concrete enterprises of Medium and small scale,In order to realize the combination of theory and Practice.The company started a cross-sectoral development,the pace of business diversification.The integration and development of tourism and finance,information technology,culture and other industries is realized.Expanding the value chain of the original industry is the innovation of this paper.
