Kunming City Government Management Research On Taxi Industry

In the background of the "Internet+" development, especially "Guiding opinions on deepening the reform to further promote the healthy development of the taxi industry" and "Interim Measures for the administration of the operation and service of the Internet booking taxi" promulgated at the national level, the great enhance of the market share of the taxi industry will put forward higher requirements on the government with the Internet booking cars gradually legalized. Based on the deficiency of research at home and abroad and the practical demand, from the aspects of the access control, total control, valuation management and quality control, the current situation of the government management of the taxi industry in Kunming was hackled and the business model in the past was analyzed.On this basis, the problems of the Kunming taxi industry government management system and its causes were analyzed. Finally, drawing lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad, from the eight aspects of top-level design, high monitoring, industry regulation, infrastructure, efficiency of management, Transition Upgrade and mechanism of innovation, the reform path in Kunming city government management was proposed, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the taxi industry planning.
