L Company Quality Management System Operation Optimization Program Design

With the rapid development of China's national defense and military fields in recent years, the market has been gradually for private enterprises to open. Because of the particularity of military products, and has a certain political significance, compared to civilian products, the quality management of enterprises has a more stringent requirements. For the current implementation of GJB GJB9001B-2009 quality management system is a quality management guidance and work standards for military enterprises, the quality system certification is the basis. To be familiar with the military quality management system standard and no experience system for small and medium enterprises, directly to the national military standard quality management system there are practical difficulties.L company is a small military manufacturing enterprise established in Xi'an in 2008. The company in early 2013 and the establishment of the national military standard quality management system certification, obtained the certificate system. However, the system has been running for 3 years, there are still many problems in the quality management work, which needs to be improved urgently.Firstly, this paper introduces the theoretical basis, background and development of quality management and quality management system. Secondly, take L company as an example, by using the method of file system, management system and management responsibilities, company system resource management, product realization and measurement, analysis and improvement and causes four major problems in the process were analyzed, and puts forward specific measures to optimize the system scheme and optimization. The paper also describes the basic security measures needed for system optimization.In this paper, through the analysis to L company, the military standard quality management system operation problems of search and optimization scheme, for the same type of enterprises in the implementation of national military standard quality management system, to provide a reference.
