With the advent of the era of globalization,social,economic and cultural fields have been significant changes,these changes make the enterprise’s internal and external environment have also changed,To the enterprise managers how to enhance business value and effectiveness of enterprise management has brought challenges.In the face of the perplexing situation and the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprise managers more and more aware of enterprise competitiveness and sustainable development is the fundamental enterprise development,and the financial management of enterprise management is becoming more and more important,financial management problem is not just manage money,Promote the balance of payments to support the implementation of the strategy of enterprise,it Is to evaluate the value of the enterprise strategy and competitive level.From the perspective of value sustainable growth analysis of the competitiveness of the enterprise,and to build financial strategy matrix model can effectively measure the competitiveness of the enterprise,so as to promote its enhancement.Though,the management of the industry in China is concerned about financial strategy matrix,but because of not familiar with this way,you also need to go through the pilot test,the real financial strategy model as a tool for detection of enterprise competitiveness judgment has just started.In this paper,through quantitative analysis,comparison and demonstration methods,consult and collect a lot of data,to strategic financial management thought as the guiding ideology,the main index is the financial strategy for economic value added and the sustainable growth rate as a basis,try from two aspects of theoretical knowledge and method of enterprise competitiveness evaluation system analysis and research.This paper takes Wuxi Huaguang boiler Limited by Share LTD as the research sample,select the five years from 2011 to 2011 financial data analysis,build the EVA economic value added and the sustainable growth rate as the foundation of financial strategy model of proof,a full analysis of the enterprise competitiveness changes in these five years.At the same time,this article also in the five years of financial data with traditional financial index isanalyzed,based on the comparative study of two ways,found two ways to study the similarities and differences,thus draws the conclusion: Although the two roughly the same conclusion,but the traditional analysis of financial data is analyzed from the point.The construction of strategic financial burden model EVA economic value added and the sustainable growth rate as the basis is analyzed from the surface.And build the EVA economic value added and the sustainable growth rate as the foundation of financial strategy of model to scientific review of enterprise growth,fully reflects the enterprise to create value,to guarantee the reliability of the measurement of the enterprise and authenticity.
