Thailand is a famous tourism country in the world,while hotels as a part of important role in the tourism industry;they have also became a famed research topic in the economy of Thailand.The hotel industry as one of the fastest-growing industries in Thailand,it creates millions of dollars in profits each year for Thailand.However,in the market economy,Thailand hotel industry has faced with a series of pressure,such as seeking for customers,improve competitiveness,overcome domestic and foreign political and economic factors.In the development of new and old customers' service,most of professionals in Thailand business hotel pay more attention to the combination of marketing strategies.This is needs of the hotel employees quickly adapt to the new environment,more consideration and evaluation of the interests of consumers and the preferences.In comparison the travel cost of Thailand with other Asian countries.Thailand travel cost is rather low but the clients would receive high services.Especially the Thailand hotels are of higher quality than the other Asian countries.The customers would pay low price with high services and impression back.In addition,Thailand hotel business is on peak because of having the particular experience in customer service.That's why every year many travelers come to Thailand.In future,the number of tourists will increase gradually.So I am hopeful that,my this research work will resolve,analysize the hotel business problems and will provide valuable information.Finally i hope that,this thesis/work will be helpful for Thailand hotel business.
