Study On Real-time Network Audit Of T City Under Background Of Big Data

With the rapid development of information technology,the big data is coming into people's view with the incredibly fast speed of development after 2012,accompanied by a series of technology and thinking make our environment of life and work changing rapidly,and the human society has gone to an era of big data.The national audit office as the department to keep closed contact with the data is bound to face a series of challenges and opportunities.we must firmly grasp the characteristics of the period of big data,promoting the government audit to achieve huge development,so our government audit has been coming in the stage of big data auditing.By using some new technologies like cloud calculation,big data,which can support the development of government audit.Therefore,it is necessary that researching on the theory and method of big data of government audit,contributing to the realization of the government audit like the function of “immune system”,and it will play an important role in national governance structure.This thesis is based on some relevant research of literature and working experience,explaining the big data and government audit,and based on internet audit of T city's audit department,carrying out the process of audit,describing methods of internet auditing,and through the audit case study,summary some problems in internet audit.Finally put forward their own solutions and the direction of the future development of big data audit.The main method used in this thesis is that analyzing the real time audit cases of T city,and illustrating the main problems in the government audit about big data in our country.Through the studying of the case of T city about internet audit,this thesis argues that there are several following problems in some espects of the data of government audit : firstly,the relevant laws and regulations and standards need to be improved;secondly,that is personnel issues;thirdly,that is the problem about date;fourthly,the audit organization mode is backward.Finally,this paper puts forward four suggestions to solve above problems,a new way and the development direction for the development of large data in government audit are provided,which is beneficial to promote the efficiency and effect of application in the government audit.
