In recent years,the government introduced a series of measures to adjust and control the real estate industry to lead its devlopment industry encounters an unprecedented crisis.In this case,the real estate development industry must enhance their ability to resist risk and strengthen the internal control management.The internal control environment is the most basic and important factor of the five factors in the enterprise internal control.How the enterprise internal control environment going directly effects the performing of enterprise internal control,a slight move may affect the whole internal control.At this stage,the internal control environment of the real estate development industry still exsis many problems.So it is necessary to improve and optimize the internal control environment of real estate development enterprises,This article selects the H Real Estate Company Which has certain representativeness in Hengyang of Hunan as the research object.According to company's actual investigation and analysis of access to some of the information of the internal control environment,at the same time by asking the managers andjunior staff to understand the basic situation of company's internal control environment.The thesis mainly analyzes current situation of the internal environment of H Real Estate Company from five aspects,including organizational structure,human resources,Social Responsibilities,enterprise culture and development strategy from the definition of internal control environment of the Norms of Internal Control Guidelines.We find problems in all aspects and the reasons of them by analyzing the current situration and also put forward the crresponding countermeasures to solve the existing problem.The purpose of this thesis is to improve the company's internal control environment,providing sufficient soil environment for the implementation of internal control of the company.The improvement of the company's internal control environment can enhance its competitiveness,improve its level of company's management and promote the long-term develop of the company.At the same time,it can also provide improvements in material in the internal environment for the real estate industry and promote the overall development of the industry.
