Under the current downward pressure on the economic development of our country,the enterprise’s survival pressure is huge.However,enterprise spare parts management is closely related to enterprise production and management as well as economic benefit.Therefore,scientific formulation of spare parts inventory quota,can reduce inventory related costs under the premise of security production,and is conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.J company is a super large processing enterprises,and spare parts inventory quota mainly relies on the experience of technical personnel to determine the future needs,purchase and reserve.Determining material and spare parts’ parameters such as varieties,low and high storage,order point,order quantity etc.is time-consuming,and leakage storage often turns up,urgent order frequently happens,which would affect the production.Meanwhile,excessive inventory often occurs,leading to some long-term spare parts inventory,low liquidity,or even scrapped parts.Therefore,the scientific identification,prediction,evaluation and optimization of the quota of spare parts have become a more and more important research topic.Spare parts inventory quota management is the focus of the research,and we plan to research and design a set of regulated rules with J company’s own characteristics for spare parts quota management,lay a solid foundation to changing the spare parts quota from experience management to scientific management,and finally achieve the the ultimate goal of progressive realization of spare part and material quota-"neither leak storage,nor overstocked",the minimum reserve funds occupy,ensuring production continuity,the continuous improvement of the economic benefit,management benefit and social benefit.
