Supply chain accounts receivable financing has witnessed a rapid development in China partly due to its unique financing advantages in alleviating the financial needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and partly due to the support from relevant national policies. The mode of supply chain accounts receivable financing is different from traditional financing modes, which makes it highly favored by small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore,to evaluate the credit risk of supply chain accounts receivable financing, the whole supply chain should be taken into account so as to identify and evaluate its credit risks. This thesis firstly reviews the literature on supply chain finance and accounts receivable financing, and defines the relevant concepts of supply chain financing with accounts receivable, and then analyzes its financing mode and status.Next,on the basis of identifying the credit risk source of supply chain accounts receivable financing, this thesis divides its credit risk evaluation into two steps: supply chain financing access evaluation and credit risk evaluation, thus building supply chain financing access rating indexes and credit risk evaluation indexes of supply chain accounts receivable financing.Furthermore, supply chain financing access rating model and credit risk evaluation model of supply chain accounts receivable financing are built using ANP method and gray comprehensive evaluation method.Additionally, the calculation method of gray comprehensive evaluation value and corresponding rating standards are provided. Finally, taking Company A,an automobile spare parts supplier needing to implement supply chain accounts receivable financing as the case,by the established access rating model and credit risk evaluation model, the credit risks of the Company in accounts receivable financing are evaluated, thus providing a certain decision basis for commercial banks.
