Investor relation management(IRM,Investor relation management)is the integrated use of marketing,finance,management science and other disciplines,full disclosure of information and deep communication and interaction with all of the participant which impact on the market value of the company,in order to receive the trust of investors,enhance investor recognition,finally enhance the strategic management behavior of enterprise value.The so-called market management is listed companies regard the value of market performance as the wind vane,comprehensive use of a variety of compliance creation,management,implementation strategic,in order to achieve intrinsic value in a sustained and steady growth,at the same time,keep the timely communication of information with the capital market,the dynamic association of intrinsic value and external value of long-term mechanism,its ultimate goal is consistent with the company's market value and the value of the company.In recent years,China's stock market,"quick" cow slowly bear "roller coaster" cyclical fluctuations become the norm,a series of black swans,economic malaise,declining performance makes trust risk exposure.After years of efforts,China's fledgling "pyramid" multi-level capital market,the upcoming registration system is a milestone of the maturity of the Chinese capital market.Registration system centered on information disclosure,investors investment value on their own and independent judgment to take risks,and regulators are no longer assets to be listed enterprise quality "endorsement",decided to the price of the stock will be game result of supply and demand both sides based on the value of the company.In such a context,for the enterprise,the IRM and value management is more important than ever before,and they both became one of the most significant practice and research.In this paper,first,we introduce the domestic and foreign research results and advanced practical experience of IRM and the management of market value.Then combined with the development of Internet and new media,we constructe investor relations management index system and management of the market value of the index system.Using EXCEL and SPSS19.0 software,we carry on descriptive statistical and empirical analysis.The empirical results show that: the investor relationship management and market management is positively related.The quality of information disclosure,the channels of communication quality and market management are positively related,organizational support and market management are negative correlation.Starting from the empirical results,combined with the new changes in the capital market,put forward to perfect and improve investor relations management measures,in order to promote the management of the market value of listing Corporation,improve the enterprise's value.At the same time promoting investor relations management professional level in the organizational support Angle,to adapt to the quality of investors gradually increase the pressure and registered under the challenge of new enterprise system and registration system.Second,the channels of communication way under the investor relations management should also be diverse,convenient and smooth,demand oriented,pay attention to the user experience.Finally,regulators should gradually improve the system of information disclosure,to adapt to the registration system of both costs and orderly competition disclosure requirements,design,disclosure system and multi-level supervision system,etc.On investor relations management to promote the company to further improve corporate governance,strengthen investors,esteemed allows investors to produce good expectations,on the company stock holding company for a long time,reduce the risk premium of the company,eventually improve the company's market value.
